Linking Policy
The Breast Health Coalition ordinarily does not prohibit links to its Web
site, provided that any such link does not improperly connote an endorsement by
or affiliation with the Breast Health Coalition of Martin & St. Lucie Counties,
or otherwise adversely impact the Breast Health Coalition, and pursuant to the
terms below.
If you are interested in linking to the Breast Health Organization's Web
site, please notify us by sending an email to
info@breasthealthcoalition.com.
Include your name, your organization name, contact information (such as a phone
number and/or e-mail address) as well as the URL of your site and a list of any
URLs from which you intend to link to the Breast Health Coalition's Web site.
By linking to any page on the Breast Health
Coalition web site, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as
set forth below:
- Links may be text-based using the words:
"Breast Health Coalition of Martin & St. Lucie Counties" or "breasthealthcoalition.com"
(the "Licensed Marks").
- You may not create frames around the Breast
Health Coalition web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the
visual presentation or appearance of the Breast Health Coalition website.
- You must not misrepresent your relationship
with the Breast Health Coalition or present false or misleading impressions
about the Coalition. No links to the Breast Health Coalition Web site
may be used in a manner that implies or suggests that the Breast Health
Coalition approves or endorses you, your Web site or your goods and services
(in all cases, except as the Breast Health Coalition may have agreed
separately with you in writing).
- The Breast Health Coalition shall have no
responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Web site.
you agree to indemnify and defend the Breast Health Coalition against all
claims arising out of or based upon your Web site.
- No link(s) may appear on any page on your
Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be
interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise
violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third
party rights.
- The Breast Health Coalition may at any time,
in its sole discretion, without cause, terminate the license granted herein
to use the Licensed Marks and your right to link to any pages on the Breast
Health Coalition Web site. In such event upon request, you agree to
immediately remove all links to the Breast Health Coalition's Web site and
to cease using the Licensed Marks.
The Breast Health Coalition of Martin and St.
Lucie Counties reserves the right to change this linking policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page.

When the Breast Health Coalition Web site
includes links to other sites, the Breast Health Coalition does not assume any
responsibility or liability for any communications or materials available at the
sites to which it links, including responsibility or liability for its accuracy.
No link on the Breast Health Coalition Web site is a referral or endorsement of
either the linked-to entity or any product or service. Such links are
provided for reference purposes and convenience only.
The Breast Health Coalition does not provide
links from the Breast Health Coalition Web site to external commercial sites
unless there is a pre-existing sponsorship agreement/contract, partnership or
other contractual business relationship.
The Breast Health Coalition reserves the right to
add, modify and delete these guidelines at any time with recourse.
Content guidelines for third-party links
- Links must pertain to major service lines
only
- Target content should be up-to-date and
well-presented
- Target content cannot be interpreted as
libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or
advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
- Links will be text-only.
- The Breast Health Coalition of Martin and
St. Lucie County requests reciprocal links. In other words, the Breast
Health Coalition requests that a third-party site implements and maintains
a link on its site to the Breast Health Coalition if the Breast Health
Coalition links to it.
- All third-party links must be approved by
the managing department implemented by the Webmaster.
- The Breast Health Coalition reserves the
right to remove any links to third-party sites at any time without warning.
- Requests for links should be mailed to

The request should include contact information for the requestor (email and
phone number), where on the Breast Health Coalition Web site they would like
their link and link text and target, as well as the URL of their site and a
list of any URLs from which you intend to link to the Breast Health
Coalition Web site.
