Susan G. Komen for the Cure Mammography/Ultrasound/Biopsy Grant

The Florida Community Health Center in Fort Pierce and Martin Memorial Diagnostic Center has received a grant from the Susan G. Komen for the Cure South Florida to provide free mammograms, ultrasounds and biopsies to the medically underserved.

You must have a prescription or referral from a physician or nurse practitioner to have a mammogram. 
To obtain a prescription you will need to make an appointment with your doctor for a Clinical Breast Exam.
If you do not have health insurance you may qualify for assistance.
