funds and coordinates breast screenings to eligible individuals.
Financial assistance grants are available for: Clinical Breast Exams,
Screening and Diagnostic Mammograms, Ultrasounds, Surgical Consultations
and Emergency Biopsies. This program is designed to meet the needs of
patients with breast cancer or those who are at increased risk for
breast cancer.
Coordination includes scheduling appointments,
arranging transportation, and extensive follow-up if needed. To apply
for Financial Assistance clients must complete application and call to
schedule interview.
